Terms of Service
Tungsten Edge is made by Suzhou Mubai Creativity Design Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the People’s Republic of China. These terms cover the Tungsten Edge app for macOS, its license keys, and this website. By downloading Tungsten Edge or buying a license, you agree to them.
Who sells it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders placed through this website. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Orders placed in mainland China through tungstenedge.cn with WeChat Pay or Alipay are sold by us directly.

Open source and trademarks
The source code of Tungsten Edge is published on GitHub under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the GPL gives you. What a purchase pays for is the official build signed and notarized by us, automatic updates, support, and the license key. The names “Tungsten Edge” and “钨极” and the logo are ours and are not licensed under the GPL.
Warranty and liability
Tungsten Edge is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but to the extent the law allows we make no warranty that it will be free of errors. Where the law allows liability to be limited, our total liability arising from a license purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that license. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for personal injury, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and your statutory consumer remedies.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and a license you already have, together with what it includes (such as future updates), stays under the terms that applied when you got it and is not reduced by later changes. Questions about purchases, licenses or these terms: [email protected].
