Refund Policy
If Tungsten Edge isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. The same policy applies wherever you bought it. Every copy also comes with a 21-day free trial, so you can try everything before you pay.
This 14-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the law where you live and under Paddle’s buyer terms, such as remedies if the product is faulty.
How to ask for a refund
- Bought on tungstenedge.app (Paddle): Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles refunds. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email or look up your order at paddle.net — or simply email us and we will arrange it with Paddle.
- Bought on tungstenedge.cn (WeChat Pay or Alipay): email us your order number.

After the refund
The money goes back to the payment method you used; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or payment provider, usually a few business days. The license key from a refunded order should no longer be used.
