What's new in 0.17.0

• Apps can now be dragged straight into the drawer: drop one from Finder or from the Apps popup on the taskbar onto the drawer icon. Pausing over the icon opens the drawer, so the app can be placed at a chosen position.
• Apps dropped on the drawer icon are placed at the front of the drawer.
• When an app is dragged from Finder onto the taskbar, the other icons now make room immediately.
• Fixed the taskbar still showing windows that some apps, such as Bilibili, had closed.
• Fixed an app dragged from Finder onto the taskbar not appearing there when it was already in the drawer.
• Fixed the drawer icon shifting as the taskbar resized while an item was dragged onto it.
